(Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoichi Kawano; hereinafter "transcosmos analytics"), a 100%-owned subsidiary to specialize in CRM analysis and consulting, on May 2, 2012. It is scheduled to launch its operations in August 2012.
In today's market environment where the connections between the corporations and customers are becoming complex and diversified, maintenance and expansion of the customer base through reinforcement of direct sales is of utmost importance for corporations. On the other hand, corporations' measures are becoming of large-scale and high-standard, such as "Big Data' analysis, which is analyzing the increased, large-volume data due to the advancement of IT, implementation of the "double-funnel marketing " (*1), which is considered important in light of the rise of the social media, and measuring its effects.
transcosmos established a specialized organization for CRM analysis and consultation in 2002 as a pioneer in research and analysis business. In 2006, we received an excellence award at The 2006 Contact Center World Awards (*2), leaving a track record in the area of "Voices of Customers" (VOC) analysis for the customers of call centers, and today, we collect VOC and behavioral patterns of the customers through not only call centers but also through Internet promotion/website/social media operations and provide CRM analysis services. In 2011, we also started analysis services in Chinese.
In the future, however, while the CRM analysis continues to become even more essential that ever before for corporations to achieve sales increase, in the Human Resources market a lack of data scientists is projected. In order to respond to the corporations' increased needs for the CRM analysis, as a specialized company to accelerate the client companies' maximization of the client assets we are introducing transcosmos analysis, Inc.
