The abundance of sunshine is expected to dominate our weather pattern and set us up for a very warm weekend. Today's highs will be in the mid 90s, with the heat index in the upper 90s. Winds will be from the NE 10-15 mph. And the UV index will stay at dangerous levels, so be sure to use the sun block and hats to shield yourself from the sun.
Tonight the skies will be clear as temps slowly drop during the evening hours. Because of the tremendous amount of heat in place during the daytime hours, we may have to wait until the 8-10pm hours to feel a significant drop in the temps. Winds will continue out of the NE 5-10 mph.
Tomorrow the sunshine returns with the fury of the heat in place as well. Temps are likely to climb into the upper 90s, possibly pushing the heat index to near 100 degrees. Winds will continue from the NE 10-15 mph.
