Brandon wins Medicomp 7-On-7 Tournament

MADISON, MS (WLBT) - More than 25 high school football teams hit Liberty Park in Madison Saturday for the Medicomp 7-on-7 Tournament.

You could find some of the state's top talent at the event.

Fans were able to check them out before the pads and helmets go on for the real season in August.

Jackson Prep quarterback and Ole Miss commit Ryan Buchanan led the Patriots through the day.

He fired several touchdown passes on the day.

He showed fans why he will be a Rebel in the future.

The day is also for younger teams to figure out what their squad is made of heading into the season.

The Brandon Bulldogs would win the 2012 Medicomp 7-on-7 championship.
