Mild exercise lowers breast cancer risk

Even mild exercise can help reduce the risk for developing breast cancer.

 Women who exercise 10 to 19 hours a week during their reproductive or post-menopausal years showed the biggest risk reduction of 30-percent.

Hormone receptor positive breast cancer seemed to be particularly affected.
