Arrest made in Holmes County murder

Nemarcus Davis (Source: Holmes Co. Sheriff's Dept.)

HOLMES COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

An arrest has been made in the death of a man found in rural Holmes County June 22.

Nemarcus Davis is now charged with the murder of 30-year-old Myron Keys of Durant.

Keys' body was found on Buckhanan Road off Highway 12, outside the Durant city limits.

Deputies discovered the victim in an overgrown field on what was once a pig farm.

Keys had been shot in the chest.
