Woman injured in purse snatching

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Jackson Police are investigating a purse snatching that left a woman injured Thursday morning. It happened just after 10 a.m. at World Health Industries at 1485 Livingston Lane.

Police say a black male took the woman's purse and knocked her over.

Officers are searching the area looking for her attacker, who is only being described as a black male.
