Showers that moved through much of central Mississippi Wednesday may be to blame for a few accidents in Jackson.
A truck somehow managed to get stuck under a viaduct at Gallatin Street.
The driver was outside the vehicle talking on a cell phone and did not seem injured.
No word on how this accident happened.
A car reportedly hydroplaned and slammed into a power pole at Dorgan Street and McFadden.
The pole and wires came tumbling down.
The vehicle was also damaged, but the driver did not appear to be injured.
