Coming up tonight on KLTV 7 News at 10:00: KLTV 7's chance encounter with a former dentist accused of murdering his wife. 76-year old Bobby Nichols was arrested June 29th after he says he got into an argument with his wife Rosiland who, Nichols claims, was "nagging" him about how he spends his Friday nights.

This afternoon, we ran into Nichols and his attorney at the Smith County Courthouse. We waited for Nichols and his attorney to leave the courthouse, and asked for an interview, Nichols only on camera interview. You will hear what Nichols says happened the night of June 29 tonight on KLTV 7 News at 10:00.

    One person has died in a crash near Harrisonville, MO, Thursday evening. The crash happened on Missouri Highway 7 and Walker Road. It involved a car and a tractor-trailer. Harrisonville is in Cass County.
    Savannah Nash celebrated her 16th birthday last week. She died Thursday when her car slammed into a semi while she was texting during her first time driving by herself.
