JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

It was a packed house at Hal & Mal's Wednesday night as music fans turned out to see Hollywood superstar Kevin Costner perform with his band, the Modern West.

Prior to achieving major success as a film actor, director and producer, Costner was a musician.
