His brothers call him "the good one". 7 year old Keshun enjoys school, and roughing it up with his brothers. Keshun doesn't talk a lot but like his brothers he's a sports fan, and dreams of race cars. He hopes to make the victory lap and see the checkered flag on this week's Wednesday's Child.
Keshun is all smiles when he is with his brothers. They compete, challenge and keep each other entertained.
"I like to play with toys. What kind of toys? What kind of toys? Race cars", said Keshun.
Keshun has a need for speed. He does everything in high gear. He says he already knows how he can put all of his energy to good use.
"Are you gonna be a race car driver? Nods yes. Is that what you want to do? Nods yes. So you like to go fast? Nods yes. So you want to be a race car driver. Yes. What color do you want your race car to be? Black and yellow", Keshun said.
Keshun enjoys school and playing video games with his brothers.
"I'm in second. You're second grade. What do you like to do in school? Do you like to write? Nods no. Do you like to draw? I like to play on the computer. Very good. What do you do on the computer? Play games", said Keshun.
He did not want to talk about adoption, but he did say it is important for them to be together as a family.
"If you could have something very special, just one wish, what would your wish be? To have lots of toys. Have lots of toys? What would be the first toy you'd like to have? A race car", Keshun said.
While they wait for a forever family Keshun, his 3 brothers and older sister hold on to every moment they have together. For them a day at Pump It Up in Flowood was the highlight of their summer.
