RIDGELAND, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

On Wednesday, Taco Del Mar Restaurant in Ridgeland will challenge folks to the "5-Pounder Burrito Eating Challenge." Taco Del Mar staff will use a timer to time those who are up for the test.

The goal is to eat a 5 pound burrito, filled with rice, beans, ground beef or chicken, cheese and Pico de Gallo in 30 minutes or less. That burrito will cost you $20, but if you eat it up in under 30 minutes you'll get your money back.
