Women who give birth after age 40 may be protected from endometrial cancer.
Researchers have found women who had a baby after turning 40 had a 44-percent reduced risk of endometrial cancer.
This was compared to women who'd given birth before age 25. It's unclear why.
-Study led by researchers at the University of Southern California and published in The American Journal of Epidemiology
