Blues legend B.B. King is being honored by his hometown this week. The world famous singer and musician returned to Kilmichael for the big event.
About half of the town's 600 residents gathered for the dedication of the 159th marker on the Mississippi Blues Trail.
In that crowd were 80 sixth graders from Winona Elementary school who traveled to see B.B. King in person.
The school included King as part of an effort to teach the children about influential Mississippians.
