
As Hurricane Isaac heads toward the Gulf Coast it is hard to believe that Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast almost seven years ago to the day. There is no need to compare Isaac with Katrina any category hurricane can cause major damage and loss of life.
We need to take every precaution and prepare for the worst. Governor Bryant has already declared a State of Emergency. Now is the time to implement all the lessons we learned from Katrina. We hope and pray that there will be minimal damage and no injuries or loss of life.
