Take a disposable, clear cup or mason jar and layer favorite ingredients in the cup or jar (feel free to substitute your favorite ingredients).
Start with the bell peppers at the bottom, then a scoop of cannellini beans, scoop of green onions, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, green beans, black olives, feta, greens, top with salt & pepper and finally drizzle your olive oil over the top.
Put a top on your terrine and then refrigerate until ready to eat.
At anytime you can layer some meat, such as shredded ham or turkey.
