BRANDON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Traffic stalled for several miles on I-20 Sunday after a large wrecker crashed in the median.
It happened about 12:30 p.m. in the westbound lane, near mile marker 59 in Brandon.
The Brandon Fire Department says the front tire of the big rig blew out and the driver lost control.
Once the wrecker came to a stop, it started leaking diesel fuel in the median.
The interstate was opened to traffic about 3:45 p.m.
The driver and passenger of the wrecker had minor injuries.
Brandon Police are investigating the crash.
