According to the Pascagoula Police Department, 15-year-old Allysa Taylor Gray, the teen who has been missing for several days, has been located safely.

PPD Lt. James DeShannon Massey says Allysa walked up to a Martin Bluff gas station in Gautier on Monday afternoon and called a family member. The police were called and Allysa was picked up at the gas station.

Allysa was then transported to Singing River Hospital for medical evaluation.

The teen had last been seen by a passerby on Saturday night.

Allysa's mother, Catina Gray, spent her Labor Day passing out fliers filled with information about her daughter.

Catina said Allysa had never run away before. Catina was worried about her daughter's well-being because Allysa has medical issues and could have suffered from hallucinations without her medication.

Police are still gathering information about this case.
