Jackson Police are investigating the theft of four golf carts from Sonny Guy Golf Course.
The theft occurred Thursday night or early Friday morning when someone cut the locks on the vehicles and drove the golf carts off.
Three carts were recovered by police behind an abandoned home on Hollywood Avenue.
The batteries were stripped from the carts, which are often stolen, then sold for cash.
