Jackson Police investigate business armed robbery

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A Jackson store is held up by two armed robbers Saturday night.

Police say it happened shortly before 9 p.m.

Investigators say two black men, armed with handguns, walked into the Dollar General at 3957 Northview Drive demanding money.

A description of the men was not released.

Investigators say they fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was injured during the apparent robbery.
