HUMPHREYS COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Divers have recovered the body of a missing fisherman on Little Eagle Lake, in Humphreys County. The lake is about 12 miles southeast of Belzoni, just off of Highway 12.
Sheriff J. D. Roseman says three men were in a boat when it capsized around 12:45 this afternoon.
The sheriff says two of the men were saved by another individual at the lake. The body of the third man was found just before five o'clock Wednesday evening.
His name has not been released, but authorities say he was 65 years old. All three fishermen are from Hinds County.
Yazoo, Madison and Leflore County dive teams are involved in the search.
