CarInsurance.com has compiled a list of the most miserable states for drivers, and Mississippi is at the top of that list.
The list is compiled by using the cost of gasoline, the cost of insurance and state's median household income as determined by the 2010 Census. Mississippi's Misery Index is 11.6%.
Oklahoma is 2nd, followed by Louisiana, West Virginia and Georgia.
