Silver Medalist Trell Kimmons honored at Hinds CC

RAYMOND, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Former Hinds Community College track star Trell Kimmons was given a hero's welcome Wednesday by his alma mater.

The Coldwater native was honored for leading Team USA to a silver medal in the 2012 Olympics.

"You know man it's a great experience. Hinds supported me from my freshman year to my sophomore year now to my pro year, man," said Kimmons.
