New details in child sex case

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

New information now on a disturbing child sexual assault case. We first told you Monday about the arrest of two men, accused of having sex with a little girl who appears to be three or four years old at a Jackson hotel --and video taping it.

We now know the video was taken at the Days Inn on Larson Street in Jackson in May of this year.

Jemery Hodges and Marco Rogers are both accused of having sex with the child. Right now, only Rogers is facing charges of sexual exploitation of a child. A court order has been issued to Rogers forcing him to allow agents to photograph scars on his stomach and leg to try to match it to a man in the video.
