Shots fired near school bus stop in south Jackson

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Jackson police were called to investigate a shooting near a school bus stop Wednesday morning.

It happened on Hickory Drive, which is south of Raymond Road in south Jackson.

Residents say someone opened fired, but no one was hit.

The shooter disappeared into the woods.
