CAMPBELLSBILLE, KY (WAVE) -
A Kentucky inmate is credited with saving a woman from a potential abduction.
Chris Tuttle, 28, is a
state inmate in Taylor County.
According to the Central
Kentucky News Journal, on October 8 around 2 p.m. Tuttle was out on work
release along Old Greensburg Road when he noticed a young woman
walking home from work was being followed by a suspicious man in a car.
Tuttle said the man asked
for directions and drove away. Then he saw the man pull over, remove his pants
and drive back up to the woman.
Tuttle and a city employee
followed the woman around a corner and were able to step in when they saw the
man grab the woman through his window.
The driver sped off and
has not been seen since.
Tuttle was arrested for third
degree burglary.
