JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
The man killed in a south Jackson shoot out has been identified.
Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham Stewart says Kamden Woodard, 21, of Jackson died from a gunshot wound to the chest.
He died at Central Mississippi Medical Center shortly after the shooting Friday afternoon.
Jackson police say Woodard and another unidentified man got into an argument, then started shooting.
It happened in the 1600 block of Pinebrook Road.
Both men were hit and taken to area hospitals.
No word on the condition of the unidentified man.
JPD says charges are expected to be filed in the homicide investigation.
