Fire damages Winona Christian School gym

WINONA, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Winona Christian School is closed today due to small fire Monday in the gym. Classes will resume Wednesday.

No one was injured in the fire, but according to the school's website, the cafeteria suffered smoke damage and students will have to bring their own lunch until further notice.

The Pre-Season Basketball Tournament scheduled for this week has been moved to Central Holmes Christian School, but game times have not changed.
