Recycle old electronics at E-Waste Day

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

E-Waste day is taking place at the Mississippi Farmer's Market until 2:00 PM Friday.

It's sponsored by Magnolia Data Solutions and the Greater Jackson Partnership. You can drop off any old electronics like televisions, computer monitors and printers. All of the electronics will be recycled in an environmentally friendly fashion.

"When we get the equipment back at our facility we'll de-manufacture everything manually, separate everything by its own waste stream so nothing goes to a landfill, everything is 100% recycled," said Magnolia Data Solutions, Account Executive, Barrett White.

The Mississippi Farmer's Market is located at 929 High Street in Jackson.
