Thousands gather to 'Make Strides against Breast Cancer'

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

The City of Jackson turned into a sea of Pink Saturday morning as thousands of people came out to walk in 'Making Strides against Breast Cancer'. It's a 5K walk put on each year by the American Cancer Society.

The event raises money for breast cancer research and honors and celebrates those who have suffered from the disease.
