Mostly sunny skies are expected throughout the day, after a very chilly start to the day. Temps will start off near freezing or slightly below early, then we'll thaw out. Highs will reach into the upper 60s, but that's still below the norm for this time of the year. Winds will shift out of the west at 6-11 mph.
Tonight it won't get quite as cold, but temps will still drop rather rapidly. We'll end up in the lower 40s throughout most of the state. And the winds will be west at 5-10 mph. Keep in mind it will still be chilly, just not near freezing.
Tomorrow the warning up will begin, but will delayed until lunchtime. Highs will reach into the mid 70s, which is the norm for this time of the year. Winds will be west at 10-15 mph; eventually shifting from the south by the end of the work week. By week's end, temps will rise above the norm for this time of the year, into the lower 80s.
