East coast weather forces more Jackson flight cancellations

Three flights to and from the east coast have been canceled today at Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport because of the weather on the east coast.

the Jackson Municipal Airport Authority announced the following cancellations:

Southwest FLIGHT # 1165 from Baltimore-Washington Int'l (BWI) scheduled to arrive in Jackson at Noon
Southwest FLIGHT # 1601 to Baltimore-Washington Int'l (BWI) scheduled to depart Jackson at 4:40 PM
US Air FLIGHT # 3478 to Washington National (DCA) scheduled to depart Jackson at 7:45 AM

Current flight status information for those flights scheduled to operate in and out of Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport can be found at www.jmaa.com
