
A few early morning showers will introduce us to a change in our 'drought' pattern we've endured this month. 40% chance of showers during the daytime hours, peaking with an 80% chance of storms during the evening and overnight period.
Expect highs near 70 degree, and winds south 10-15 mph.
Tonight the cold front will push through our area, kicking off a favorable chance of a few strong storms turning severe. The warm air and energy from the daylight hours will feed into the storms along with a fast moving front pushing through.
Lows will be in the 50s and the winds will shift northwest at 5-10 mph. 80% chance of storms and rain will stick around during the entire overnight period.
Tuesday in the early morning hours, we are likely to have a few lingering T-storms in our area; especially prior to sunrise. Our 40% chance of showers will primarily target the east and southeastern portions of the state; cooler air will prevail most of the day.
Expect increasing sunshine and a high near 60 degrees; winds N 5-10 mph.
