Sanderson Farms' Hazlehurst plant shut down until further notice

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A problem at Sanderson Farms' Hazlehurst processing plant has shut it down until further notice.

A company spokeswoman says employees should not report to work until further notice.

The spokeswoman didn't elaborate on what the problem is but said it could affect the plant for several days.
