JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Early morning hours will begin on a very chilly note as most areas start off near freezing temps; some areas slightly above, others below.
Expect mainly clear skies with high pressure in place in our area. Highs will be in the mid 60s. And wind will be south at 5-10 mph.
Tonight we'll mainly enjoy clear skies and temps falling back to the 30s in most areas. This time around we'll stay in the upper 30s, so it won't be quite that chilly.
A few clouds will be in place with winds from the south at 5 mph.
Friday will begin a warmer trend of weather conditions with higher temps. Highs will begin to creep up to near 70 degrees.
And the winds will continue to push from the south at 5-10 mph.
