(NYSE: LDR), a recognized leader in personal and environmental radiation measurement and monitoring, outsourced medical physics services and high quality medical consumable accessories, announced today that its Board of Directors declared, at its meeting on May 16, 2013, a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.55 per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2013. The dividend will be paid on July 3, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 7, 2013.
