JPD investigating shooting on Eminence Row

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Jackson police are investigating a shooting at 932A Eminence Row near Lampton Avenue.

Jackson police says the victim, a 21-year-old man, said he was standing outside the residence Friday afternoon when an unknown gunman approached him and shot him.

The victim was hit in the leg. Multiple shots were fired.

The victim is in serious condition at a local hospital.
