JPD still searching for suspected robbers of a Fondren business

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Jackson Police are still searching for the men who sprayed Clorox in the face of a store manager in Fondren.

The victim says these two men cased Swell-O-Phonic before spraying the household cleaner in his face and then stealing an undisclosed amount of money.

It happened around 6 p.m. Friday evening.

The manager says he fought back inside the store and then chased one of the men down state street. The business is working with investigators to provide information about the robbery.
