2 men confess to killing missing Holmes County man

HOLMES COUNTY, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Holmes County authorities say two men have confessed to killing a missing Holmes County man.

Bennie Meeks and Rayford Meeks Jr., told authorities they killed Darius Davis in Carroll County.

Bennie Meeks is being held in the Carroll County jail and Rayford Meeks is awaiting extradition in Chicago.

Davis, 32, has not been seen since early September.

Investigators searched an area in Carroll County, but they have not found his remains.
