Trial for Vicksburg man charged with negligent homicide rescheduled

Posted: Updated:

A Vicksburg man, charged with negligent homicide in a 2011 fatal accident, has his trial rescheduled for March.

Albert Brisco, Jr's trial was set for Monday in a Warren County Circuit Court, but it was rescheduled Friday after Brisco's attorney asked to be removed from the case.

In 2011, Latoisha Haggan was riding with Brisco when authorities say he sped through a Warren County roadblock and drove off a large hill.

Haggan died in the crash.
