Healthy snacks fill little tummies quicker

Kids don't need chips and cookies to get their fill of snacks, healthier fare also seems to do the trick.

A study from Cornell University's Food and Brand lab included 200 kids in third through sixth grades.

Kids who were given a plate of cheese and vegetables ate fewer calories than kids who were given potato chips to snack on and felt fuller, sooner.
