JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
Authorities say an Arkansas man was arrested for allegedly making thousands of dollars by leasing hunting land in Sunflower County that wasn't his.
Seth Bradshaw, 35, of Pigott, Ark., was indicted by a Sunflower County Grand Jury on three counts of false pretense, according to the Attorney General Jim Hood.
Bradshaw is accused of taking approximately $30,000 from three people.
If convicted, Bradshaw faced up to 30 years behind bars.
