LINCOLN HEIGHTS, OH (FOX19) -

A local woman faced a judge on multiple charges after she reportedly stabbed a man in the back of the head.

Chewanna Henderson was arraigned Monday morning in Hamilton County court.

According to police, Chewanna Henderson of Lincoln Heights stabbed Anthony McReynolds in the back of the head after a domestic dispute on Friday.

According to reports, Henderson told officers that she knowingly engaged in sexual conduct with McReynolds after being tested positive with HIV. McReynolds was unaware of Henderson's diagnosis.

Henderson told officers that she did not notify McReynolds that she had HIV because McReynolds bought her a puppy and gave her a place to stay.

When police took Henderson in, officials say that she tried to escape from Lincoln Heights Police Station.

According to reports, Henderson stole keys from an on-duty officer, removed her handcuffs and tried to escape the building.

Officers stopped her before she got to the door.

Henderson has been charged with escape, theft and two counts of felonious assault. Henderson has been given at $77,500 dollar bond and is will face a grand jury on January 2.
