Bishop St. homicide victim ID'd

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

A Jackson man was discovered shot to death inside a home Friday morning, but police have not yet pieced together who may have shot the victim.

According to Jackson Police Department, the body of 44-year-old Anthony Tabor was found in the 2800 block of Bishop Street around 11 a.m. Friday.

Detectives say Tabor had a gunshot wound to the head, but no suspects are being named at this time.

The motive for the killing is unclear at this time.
