Boil water notice issued for some south Jackson residents

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Due to the recent losses in water pressure from water main repairs, the City of Jackson Water/Sewer Utilities Division has issued a precautionary boil water advisory until further notice for the following areas:

* Davis Road (from Siwell to Gary Rd)

* Gary Road (from Davis to Terry Rd)

* Crossbridge Subdivision

* Villas of Byram Subdivision

* The Ranch Subdivision

* Silver Creek Estates Subdivision

* Lake Christine Subdivision

* Branch Creek Subdivision

* Lake Ridgelea Subdivision

* Glennhaven Subdivision

* Eagles Nest Subdivision

* Gary Dr.

* Any other subdivision located directly off Gary Rd
