Traffic: I-20 eastbound exit to Airport Road bridge repair

PEARL, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Commuters who regularly use the Interstate 20 eastbound exit ramp to Airport Road may want to consider an alternative route Monday morning as crews work to repair portions of the bridge.

According to Mississippi Department of Transportation officials, construction began 8 p.m. Sunday night and will last through 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3.

Although the exit ramp will not be closed, traffic will be slowed down during rush hour times.
