JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
No passengers were injured in an accident involving a Cline Tour Bus on I-55 Wednesday morning. The accident was among several that delayed traffic.
Cline Tours owner John McCommons says his bus had slowed because of two other accidents, and another driver slammed into it.
He says the bus only had minor damage, but pulled over so they could have a accident report of the incident. The SUV that hit he bus did not stop.
Jackson Police Officer Colendula Green says the accident occurred south of the I-55 Briarwood exit.
Green adds that injuries in the other accidents appear to be minor. Traffic was delayed for less than an hour.
