JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

You have to see this to believe it. A house burglary on South Park Drive in north Jackson was pulled off by a guy on a scooter. And it was all caught on a north Jackson residents home security system Tuesday morning.

At 9:15 in the morning Tuesday, on a quiet street off Old Canton Road, the camera picks up something unusual across the street. A man is seeing carrying out the garbage. A large bag is placed on the curb apparently for pick up. He goes back for more. This time the bag of goods is even larger with boxes on top.

This is a crime in progress. A house burglary taking place on South Park Drive. Little did the burglar know he was caught on camera. It all looks perfectly normal until he picks up his scooter and skates off down the street.

Minutes later a late model blue pickup truck speeds to the scene. Stops and loads up all of the garbage. Only it's not garbage. It was allegedly stolen out of the home while neighbors and the homeowner were away.

Notice the front right hubcap is missing. Look closely at the Facebook video. The man hauling the stolen goods to the curb is wearing a white and black jacket or sweater.

The man that gets out of the pickup appears to be wearing identical clothing.
