Driver crashes stolen vehicle, faces DUI charges

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A driver was arrested downtown late Thursday night after he lost control and hit an embankment.

Police said the driver, Yedidya Ravi, was speeding near Woodland Street bridge when he crashed a stolen Chevy Equinox.

The car landed outside Public Square Park.

Ravi is charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.
