One person injured in accident with 18-wheeler

Shortly after noon Sunday our WLBT crew came upon an accident involving an 18 wheeler and a car.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Indiana Street and I-20 in Vicksburg.

We are told there were two people in a gold car. One person was taken to an area hospital and the other passenger was transported by police home.

The driver of the 18 wheeler was not injured.
