School Spirit Showdown PPCA vs. MRA

In this weeks' school spirit showdown, two private schools take center stage as they compete for top spot to see who has the most school spirit. The Fox 40 morning crew will visit both Park Place Christian Academy and Madison Ridgeland Academy to see which school can demonstrate the most enthusiasm for their campus.

Park Place Christian Academy

Since the year 2000 this school has Built a distinct Christian education on biblical principles. The school's main goal is to prepare Christian minded students to integrate society. Park Place Christian Academy will be first of two schools featured in this weeks' school spirit showdown. The Crusades will let us know why creating successful students first starts with a caring staff.

These students know what it means to work hard, and their accomplishments are displayed by the several academic and sports awards the student body has received.  Park Place Christian Academy: Where commitment to a Christian education comes with a loving environment.

We will visit the crusaders campus on Tuesday where will meet some standout students along with some star teachers and staff.

Madison Ridgeland Academy

All hail the patriots! Where educating the mind, body and spirit are at the core of creating great students. The Fox 40 morning crew will visit Madison Ridgeland Academy also known as MRA on Thursday, to showcase why these students stand above the rest.

Since 1969 the patriots have developed life time learners who boast impressive test scores, along with outstanding sports programs.

Working together to ensure the success of each student drives the patriot's mission along with a central Christian emphasis, making their students top college picks throughout the country.

MRA will allow viewers an inside look into why they are one of the most sought after schools in central Mississippi. MRA where excellence in education is the norm.

Vote for which school you feel is has the most spirit! The winner will be announced Thursday Feb. 21 on the Fox 40 9pm evening news.
